In this 90-min introductory session, we'll l first conduct a critical analysis of your innovation idea, then discuss your R&D needs, and finally identify potential public funding sources that you can target. After the session, you’ll receive a written summary of everything we’ve discussed. The session fee is €300.

We’ll work together to define the objectives of your R&D project, as well as the key tasks and timeline needed to deliver it. I’ll then, with your input and frequent feedback, write your grant proposal. This is usually delivered within a month’s time.

The fee for grant writing is as follows:

Upfron fee + % of awarded grant

€1000 + 3% for grants €200K - €500K

€2000 + 2.5% for grants €500K - €1M

€3000 + 2% for grants €1M - €3M

Once you win the grant and need to start assembling your R&D team, I am available to join your company on a fixed-term consultancy basis and work with you to get everything set up in the right way.

This could include any of the following:

• recruiting, interviewing, and setting objectives for the R&D Team

• training and developing the R&D team and mentoring its leader

• monitoring the project's progress and ensuring that it stays on track

• preparing any required reports for submission to the funding body

• preparing the R&D team for a successful project review day

• aligning R&D efforts with your technology commercialization roadmap

The subscriptions are as follows:

Paid monthly, 3 months minimum contract

€3K for 12 days a month (€250 per day = €35.7 per hour)

€2.2K for 8 days a month (€275 per day = €39.3 per hour)

€1.2K for 4 days a month (€300 per day = €42.8 per hour)
