  • Once you win the grant and need to start assembling your R&D team, I am available to join your company on a fixed-term consultancy basis and work with you to get everything set up in the right way.

    This could include any of the following:

    • recruiting, interviewing, and setting objectives for the R&D Team

    • training and developing the R&D team and mentoring its leader

    • monitoring the project's progress and ensuring that it stays on track

    • preparing any required reports for submission to the funding body

    • preparing the R&D team for a successful project review day

    • aligning R&D efforts with your technology commercialization roadmap

    The subscriptions are as follows:

    Paid monthly, 3 months minimum contract

    €3K for 12 days a month (€250 per day = €35.7 per hour)

    €2.2K for 8 days a month (€275 per day = €39.3 per hour)

    €1.2K for 4 days a month (€300 per day = €42.8 per hour)
